The North Richland Hills Library supports children from birth through high school by hosting over 350 literacy programs each year that serve 10,000 participants. These programs teach foundational skills, instruct parents in how to support their child’s development, and provide delightful educational experiences. More Information.
Community Enrichment Center
The vision at the Community Enrichment Center (CEC) is to break the cycle of poverty and family violence. The CEC works directly with Northeast Tarrant families and individuals to move them out of crisis and into stability through employment readiness, high school equivalency, financial coaching, counseling, safe housing, food and basic necessities.
